Hi all,
A few people have been asking about summer league and so we just wanted to let you all know that it is coming and it is going to be great!
We still have a few details to confirm so please bare with us until they are set. Once they are, we will open the sign up through www.irishultimate.com ,For now though, here's some dates to put in your diary and tell all your friends about:
June 9th - Introductory session with Irish national teams. Simple throwing and cutting drills to introduce everyone to the basic skills they will need for the league (and maybe some hucking practise for the more experienced players).
June 16th - Games begin! Herbert Park in Ballsbridge/ Donnybrook is the place to be with the first game slot at 7pm and the second at 8pm.
We'll be in touch again once things are set and ready to go so until then, why not go out and recruit all your friends to come play? You know they'll love it and they'll finally understand what you've been talking about all this time. The league is open to everybody from national team players to absolute beginners.

and probably the only league in the world where you can win 2 out of 6 matches and still come second. alright!!!
